Luis Fernando Díaz Marulanda is the best Indigenous Footballer on the planet and one of the best strikers in global football. Luis will be the Special Ambassador of the 2nd Edition of the Native Nations Cup 2025.
We have an extremely unique back story regarding the Inaugural Native Nations Cup in 2015.
There was a young 17-year-old representing the Indigenous Colombian team. This happened to be the first international tournament of this young player’s life. He ended up winning the golden ball and best player of the tournament. He is now one of the best players in the world. His story is remarkable.
Luis Díaz is of Wayuu origin, making him the first Indigenous Colombian to represent Colombia.
Luis Diaz is a wonderful role model for the Global Indigenous Community.
